 My magazine caters to different social groups

There is an exclusive interview with a young woman, which is rarely displayed in the media, she was recognized by National Geographic as Photographer of the year award, it is an international award and thus many young black African women can see themselves in the media

The magazine also caters to different age groups and not specifically a certain range, thus anyone can read the magazine

There are also photography competitions which cater to photographers from different levels, from beginners to professionals where they can all learn something from each other because the photos will be posted on the website and they can take a look at it

I wanted to go for a not traditional wildlife magazine, I wanted mine to stand out so they can focus on the cover image

COLOUR SCHEME FOR MY DOUBLE PAGED SPREAD

 Coming up with a color scheme for my double-page spread also was not as hard because of the color of my photos, with my photos I went for a dark brown vibe, and thus I wanted the color scheme for the text to match the pictures

There were a few trials and errors though before I got the right shade of brown

FONTS FOR MY DOUBLE PAGED SPREAD

 Selecting fonts on this page was particularly the hardest, firstly because I was doing a Q and A session thus the question and answer fonts had to be different 

I showed my teacher over 10 fonts but they did not go, to a point where she just had to help me but we finally saw one and agreed on it

The fonts that we agreed on are simple yet loud, I did not want the double-paged spread to be too loud so as to focus on the images plus it may not be pleasing to the eye
